$2.1M Civil Theft Lawsuit
Timothy W. Schulz, P.A. successfully defended a $2.1 million civil theft lawsuit against its client. After a number of favorable rulings from the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, the minority partner agreed to buy-out the client's majority interest in the business for $500,000, and dismissed her case.
Appellate Court Victory
On December 14, 2023, the Eleventh Circuit rejected every argument made by the Plaintiffs/Appellants, and affirmed Orders of dismissal from the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County. The Appellate court also awarded thousands of dollars in Rule 11 sanctions to the Defendants.
