About The Firm
Timothy W. Schulz, P.A. represents a variety of businesses and individuals, including Florida-based private companies and out-of-state publicly-traded corporations and insurance providers with interests in Florida. Founded in 2007, the Firm focuses on complex commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal courts and various arbitration fora, as well as disputes involving insurance, probate, administrative and governmental affairs, regulatory and criminal investigations, and appeals in all state and federal appellate courts. Understanding that litigation can be an expensive and time consuming endeavor, the Firm is both designed and dedicated to providing the most cost effective yet value-based legal representation to each of its clients, and can offer creative/alternative billing arrangements when needed. The Firm’s principal draws upon his experience gained while working with one of the largest domestic and international law firms and delivers a “big firm” approach to each case, but with the nimbleness and responsiveness generally experienced in smaller firm settings. The Firm’s goal is to provide legal services to individuals, businesses, and insurance providers that require a high level of legal acumen delivered in the most cost-effective manner.
